Returns Policy
Returns are only available on faulty candles
If you are unhappy with your product please email a photograph of the unused candle to joannadawes79@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. For example, if the item was purchased using a Visa card, the credit will be refunded to the same Visa card.
We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund or replacement has been processed. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 15 working days for your refund or replacement to be processed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your payment for the goods will be refunded by Cesca Candles as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 15 working days after we have received proof of damaged goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.
